Ryo Ryusei is cast in Fuji TV live-action drama series “Stand Up Start.” The drama series is based on manga series “Stand Up Start” by Shu Fukuda and directed by Toichiro Ruto (“Psychic Agents“) & Shinji Kuma (“Dive!!“). In “Stand Up Start,” Ryo Ryusei will play Taiyo Mihoshi. He is the CEO of an investment company and he likes to investment in people who are struggling in their personal or work careers.
“Stand Up Start” first airs January, 2023 in Japan (takes over Fuji TV’s Wednesday 10PM time slot after “The Killer Inside“).
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Taiyo Mihoshi (Ryo Ryusei) is the CEO of investment company Sunshine Fund and self-proclaimed human investor. He holds the belief that “Assets are people. No investor will dispose of their assets.” Taiyo Mihoshi approaches people who are having difficulties in their personal lives or business career. He talks to them and proposes doing a start-up together, allowing them to dream again.
