Launching trailer and poster added for Watcha drama series “Recipe for Farewell” starring Han Suk-Kyu & Kim Seo-Hyung. The drama series follows a husband, who only knows how to make ramen, begin to cook meals for his wife who has stomach cancer. The drama series will also screen 4 of its 12 episodes at the upcoming Busan International Film Festival (October 5-14, 2022). The launching trailer begins with Han Suk-Kyu as the husband Chang-Wook stating “Delicious food is made from the heart.”
“Recipe for Farewell” will be available to stream this December in South Korea.
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Chang-Wook (Han Suk-Kyu) is in his 40’s. He works as a translator and a humanities instructor. His wife (Kim Seo-Hyung) suffers from terminal bowel cancer. She also has difficulties eating, because of digestive problem. She asks Chang-Wook to cook for her everyday, even though the only thing he knows how to make is ramen. Chang-Wook begins to cook for his wife and she eats little bits of his food, which he cooks with love and care.
