Drama series is a remake of Spanish TV series “La casa de papel” (“Money Heist”). “Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area” is set under the premise that South and North Korea are soon to reunify. A man known as Professor (Yoo Ji-Tae) then plans the ultimate heist and scouts for people to take part in his plan. The main trailer begins with Professor (Yoo Ji-Tae) talking to Tokyo (Jun Jong-Seo). The woman with the code name of Tokyo, is actually a North Korean who came to South Korea. She is now disillusioned with her circumstances.
