Main trailer and poster for movie “How To Bring Women Back Into A Good Humor”

Main trailer and poster added for movie “How To Bring Women Back Into A Good Humor” starring Akari Hayami and Yuta Hiraoka. In the comedy film, Akari Hayami plays AI researcher Ai Majima who works at a wedding hall to research the mindset of women and men. Movie will have its world premiere at the upcoming 11th annual Okinawa International Movie Festival (April 18-21, 2019) and then have its general release June 15, 2019 in Japan.

Akari Hayami cast in NTV drama special “Way To Make Women Feel Better”

Akari Hayami is cast in NTV drama special “Way To Make Women Feel Better” (literal title). Also cast in the drama special are Yuta Hiraoka, Rena Matsui and Daichi Saeki. A movie version “Way To Make Women Feel Better,” starring the same main cast members, will also be released sometime this summer. Both the NTV drama special and feature film version are based on essay “Onna no Kigen no Naoshi Kata” by Ihoko Kurokawa.

NTV drama special “Way To Make Women Feel Better” will consist of 3 episodes and will are March 16, 23, 30, 2019 in Japan.

Yudai Chiba to make cameo appearance in movie “Run! T High School Basketball Club”

Yudai Chiba is set to make a cameo appearance in movie “Run! T High School Basketball Club” starring Jun ShisonHayato Sano and Akari Hayami. For the movie, Yudai Chiba will play Kazuki Hojo. His character is a handsome high school teacher. The bottom still image below is character visuals of Jun Shison, Hayato Sano, Junki TozukaKanta Sato and Katsuhiro Suzuki. The film is based on novel “Hashire! T Ko Basuketto Bu” by Hiroshi Matsuzaki.

Akari Hayami and Tetsushi Tanaka cast in TV Tokyo drama series “Dead Stock”

Akari Hayami and Tetsushi Tanaka are cast in upcoming TV Tokyo drama series “Dead Stock” starring Nijiro Murakami. Also cast in supporting roles are Mariko Tsutsui and Yuko Nakamura. For drama series “Dead Stock,” Akari Hayami will play Saori Nikaido. She works as a director at a broadcasting station and she hates to lose. Tetsushi Tanaka will play Satoru Sayama. He is a veteran director.  Main character Riku Tsuneta (Nijiro Murakami) works as an AD and is tasked with going through archive film. He uncovers a supernatural event.

“Dead Stock” first airs July 21, 2017 in Japan.

Here’s character visuals of Ken Yasuda and Akari Hayami in upcoming live-action film “Gintama” starring Shun Oguri. In live-action film “Gintama,” Ken Yasuda plays Tetsuya Murata and Akari Hayami plays Tetsuko Murata. Their characters are brother and sister. They own a blacksmith workshop and produce the dangerous sword “Benizakura.” They hold a key to the story.

“Gintama” opens July 14, 2017 in Japan.

Tsuyoshi Domoto cast in live-action film “Gintama”

Tsuyoshi Domoto (‘KinKi Kids’) cast in upcoming live-action film “Gintama” starring Shun Oguri. Also, newly announced supporting actors now include Hirofumi Arai, Jiro Sato, Nanao, Ken Yasuda & Akari Hayami.

For Tsuyoshi Domoto, movie “Gintama” will mark his first movie acting role since 2005 film “Fantastipo.” In live-action film “Gintama,” Tsuyoshi Domoto will play Shinsuke Takasugi. His character is a master of kenjutsu and Gintoki Sakata’s (Shun Oguri) rival. He leads Kiheitai which is a radical armed group that aspires to expel  foreigners. For the intense battle scenes between Gintoki Sakata (Shun Oguri) and the Kiheitai group, an action directing team from South Korea was invited on Shun Oguri’s suggestion.

“Gintama” will be released sometime next year in Japan.

Akari Hayami cast in Fuji TV drama special “Ms. Koizumi Loves Ramen Noodles SP”

Akari Hayami is cast in Fuji TV live-action drama special “Ms. Koizumi Loves Ramen Noodles SP.” Also cast for the drama special are Karen Miyama, Seika Furuhata, Ryo Narita & Mirei Tanaka (idol group ‘Super Girls’). Ryo Narita and Mirei Tanaka play new characters not found in the 2015 Fuji TV drama series “Ms. Koizumi Loves Ramen Noodles.” The drama special is based on manga series”Ramen Daisuki Koizumi san” by Naru Narumi.

For the drama special, Akari Hayami’s Koizumi character and Ryo Narita’s Mitsukuni Naruto character have a battle over their love for ramen. “Ms. Koizumi Loves Ramen Noodles SP” airs January 4, 2016 in Japan.
