First teaser trailer added for MBC drama series “Mary Kills People” starring Lee Bo-Young & Lee Min-Ki. The drama series is a remake of Canadian TV series “Mary Kills People” that aired on Global Television Network from 2017 to 2019. Captions in the teaser trailer states (0:03) ” I am a doctor,” (0:10) “Doctor who ends the patient’s suffering,” (0:21) “Savior to some people,” (0:23) “Murderer to some people.”
“Mary Kills People” is now set to first air August 1, 2025 in South Korea (takes over MBC’s Friday and Saturday 10 PM time slot after “Oh My Ghost Clients“).
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Woo So-Jeong (Lee Bo-Young) is a doctor. Even though it is illegal, she helps terminally ill patients, who are suffering from pain, with euthanasia. She does this with Dr. Choi Dae-Hyun (Kang Ki-Young). Detective Jo Hyun-Woo (Lee Min-Ki) works to track them down. Jo Hyun-Woo is a terminally ill patient with a brain tumor.
