Seo Ji-Hoon is cast in drama series “King of Saju” (literal title). The drama series is based on web novel “Cheonjae Yeoksoolinyi Dweda” by Summaeulkimssi and will also feature some new characters and stories not found in the web novel. For “King of Saju,” Seo Ji-Hoon will play Geum Tae-Young. He begins to stay at a fortune telling store and takes in new clients.
“King of Saju” will first air sometime next year in South Korea.
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Geum Tae-Young (Seo Ji-Hoon) studied Saju (fortune telling based on calendar dates) to write his own novel, but his novel was not successful. He happens to meet ascetic person Myung-Seung, who lets Geum Tae-Young use his office Myung-Seung Fortune-telling Hall. Myung-Seung tells Geum Tae-Young that he can do whatever he wants there like writing his novel again. Some customers will come in and Geum Tae-Young can tell them he is Myung-Seung’s pupil and read their fortunes to them. There, Geum Tae-Young meets clients, predicts their futures, and help change their fates.
