Ryuya Wakaba cast in movie “Penalty Loop”

Ryuya Wakaba is cast in movie “Penalty Loop.” The movie is written and directed by Shinji Araki (“The Town of Headcounts“). In “Penalty Loop,” Ryuya Wakaba will play Jun Iwamori. After successfully carrying out his revenge plan to kill his girlfriend’s murderer, Jun Iwamori finds himself stuck in the same day that repeats itself. Filming for “Penalty Loop” is underway now and will finish May, 2023.

“Penalty Loop” will be released March, 2024.

Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Jun Iwamori’s (Ryuya Wakaba) girlfriend is killed by a man named Mizoguchi. He experiences a great sense of loss over her death and decides to take revenge on her killer. He makes a detailed plan and carries it out perfectly. The man named Mizoguchi is killed, but, the next morning, Jun Iwamori finds that Mizoguchi is still alive and the day has gone back to the day before. From that moment, the same day repeats itself.
