Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: When an unprecedented heinous criminal is released from prison, a public bounty with a payout of 20 billion won is offerred for his murder. Baek Joong-Sik (Cho Jin-Woong) is a detective, who must protect the killer from the citizens. Kim Kook-Ho (Yoo Jae-Myung) is the unprecedented heinous criminal and murderer. He is released from prison after serving 13 years. He has retained Lawyer Lee Sang-Bong (Kim Moo-Yul) as his legal representative. Meanwhile, Yoon Chang-Jae (Lee Kwang-Soo) is a butcher who attempts to recover his missing money.
