First three teaser trailers added for JTBC drama series “The Nice Guy” starring Lee Dong-Wook & Lee Sung-Kyung. The three teaser trailers are character trailers for Lee Dong-Wook’s lead male character Park Seok-Cheol. His character Park Seok-Cheol comes from a family that is involved in organized crime, but he has a passion for Ernest Hemingway and holds a pure love for Kang Mi-Young (Lee Sung-Kyung). The teaser trailers are titled “Noir Version,” “Literature Version,” and “Integrated Version.” Lee Dong-Wook’s narration for “Noir Version” teaser states “Man who had much to protect,” the “Literature Version” has Lee Dong-Wook stating “Hemingway said that as long as the sun rises, there is hope. Will the sun rise again for me?,” and the “Integrated Version” teaser has Lee Dong-Wook stating “Some day, some day somewhere I will tell the story. There were two paths in the woods and I took the path less traveled by people. Because of that, everything changed.”
“The Nice Guy” will air first air July 18, 2025 and takes up a new Friday 8:50 PM time slot with two consecutive episodes airing each Friday.
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Park Seok-Cheol (Lee Dong-Wook) is the eldest grandson of a three generation crime family. Unlike the people in his background, he is an innocent man who has a pure love for Kang Mi-Young (Lee Sung-Kyung). She is his first love and she dreams of becoming a singer.
