Chae Jong-Hyeop is cast for the lead male role in drama series “Is It a Coincidence?” (literal title) co-starring Kim So-Hyun. For the drama series, which is based on webcomic “Wooyeonilgga?” by Nam Ji-Eun, Chae Jong-Hyeop will play Kang Hu-Young. He is the first love of Lee Hong-Ju (Kim So-Hyun). He immigrated to the United States sometime after high school. He returns to South Korea and meets Lee Hong-Ju for the first time in 10 years.

Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Lee Hong-Ju (Kim So-Hyun) is a single woman and she works as an animation production PD.
