First air date for tvN drama series “Useless Lies” (literal title), starring Kim So-Hyun & Minhyun, is now set to air July, 2023. The drama series will air in tvN’s Monday & Tuesday 10:50 PM time slot after the conclusion of “Delightfully Deceitful.” Meanwhile, the first batch of supporting actors have been announced for the drama series and they are Yun Ji-On, Seo Ji-Hoon, & Lee Si-Woo. Yun Ji-On will play Jo Deuk-Chan. He is the CEO of J Entertainment. He led Kim Do-Ha (Minhyun) to become a songwriter and he cares about him like a real brother. Seo Ji-Hoon will play Detective Lee Gang-Min.. He is Mok Sol-Hee’s (Kim So-Hyun) first love. Lastly, Lee Si-Woo will play top solo singer Sha-On She communicates with Kim Do-Ha through music and she admires him.
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Mok Sol-Hee (Kim So-Hyun) has a special ability that allows her to distinguish whether people are lying or not. She hates her ability and views it as a curse. Because of her special ability, she is unable to trust anyone. Mok Sol-Hee gets involved with a murder suspect (Minhyun) who insists he is innocent, but nobody believes him.
