Byeon Woo-Seok & Kim Hye-Yoon cast in tvN drama “Run Away With Sun-Jae On Piggyback”

Byeon Woo-Seok and Kim Hye-Yoon are cast for lead roles in tvN drama series “Run Away With Sun-Jae On Piggyback” (literal title). The drama series is based on 2020 novel “Naeilui Euddeum” by Kim Bbang and screenplay adaptation by Lee Si-Eun (“True Beauty“). The drama series will have Byeon Woo-Seok play top star Ryu Sun-Jae and Kim Hye-Yoon play Im Sol. Im Sol is a huge fan of Ryu Sun-Jae and is stunned by the news that Ryu Sun-Jae has taken his own life. She then travels back in time when he was a high school student and tries to change his future.

Specific air date for “Run Away With Sun-Jae On Piggyback” has not yet been decided.

Seo Hyun-Jin & Gong Yoo are cast in Netflix drama series “The Trunk.” The drama series is based on 2015 novel “Trunk” by Kim Ryeo-Ryeong (“Punch“) and will be directed by Kim Kyu-Tae (“Our Blues“), while screenplay adaptation will be handled by Park Eun-Young (“I Have Not Done My Best Yet“). Woo Do-HwanLee Yoo-MiOh Jung-Se, and Kim Hae-Sook are cast in Netflix series “Mr. Plankton.” The drama series will be scripted by Jo Yong (“It’s Okay to Not Be Okay“) and directed by Hong Jong-Chan (“Juvenile Justice“). For “Mr Plankton,” Woo Do-Hwan will play Hae Jo. He doesn’t know who his father is and this leads him to go on a search for him. Lee Yoo-Mi will play Jo Jae-Mi. On the day of her wedding to a wealthy heir (Oh Jung-Se), she skips out on the wedding and accompanies Hae Jo on his search.
