Air date set for MBC drama “A Good Day to Be a Dog”

Drama series “A Good Day to Be a Dog” (literal title), starring Cha Eun-Woo, Park Gyu-Young, & Lee Hyun-Woo, to air from October, 2023 on MBC. The drama series will air one episode per week on Wednesdays. The fantasy-romance screenplay for “A Good Day to Be a Dog” is based on webcomic “Onueldo Sarangseureobgae” by Lee Hye. Park Gyu-Young plays a woman who is burdened with a family curse. The curse causes her to turn into a dog at midnight for 6 hours if she is kissed.

Oh Seung-A & Yoon Sun-Woo cast in MBC drama “Third Marriage”

Oh Seung-A and Yoon Sun-Woo are cast for lead roles in MBC weekday evening drama series “Third Marriage” (literal title). Also cast for major supporting characters are Oh Se-Young & Mun Ji-Hu. Oh Seung-A will play lead female character Jung Da-Jung. When she learns her whole life was manipulated she goes after the person the responsible. Yoon Sun-Woo will play Wang Yo-Han. He takes a romantic interest in Jung Da-Jung.

“Third Marriage” will first air October, 2023 in South Korea (takes over MBC’s Monday-Friday 7:15PM time slot after “Meant To Be“).

Im Si-Wan, Lee Sun-Bin, Lee Si-Woo, & Kang Hye-Won cast in Coupang Play drama “Boyhood”

Im Si-Wan, Lee Sun-Bin, Lee Si-Woo, & Kang Hye-Won are cast in Coupang Play drama series “Boyhood.” The drama series is directed by Lee Myung-Woo, who previously directed 2021 Coupang Play drama “One Ordinary Day.” The drama series is set in the year 1989 and follows a group of high school students. Filming for the drama series began June, 2023 and is currently ongoing.

“Boyhood” will be available to stream later this year.

Sung Hoon and Jung Yoo-Min cast in MBN drama “Standard Procedure of Perfect Marriage”

Sung Hoon and Jung Yoo-Min  are cast for lead roles in MBN drama series “Standard Procedure of Perfect Marriage” (literal title). Also cast for major supporting character roles are Kang Shin-Hyo, Jin Ji-Hee, & Lee Min-Young. The drama series is based on webcomic “Wanbyeokhan Gyeolhonui Jungseok” by Young & Lee Beom-Bae. The drama series will be directed by Oh Sang-Won, who previously worked with Kang Shin-Hyo & Lee Min-Young in “Love ft. Marriage & Divorce Season 3.” Lead actor Sung Hoon starred in the first two season of “Love ft. Marriage & Divorce,” before Kang Shin-Hyo took over his role in season 3.

Trailer added for KBS2 drama series “My Lovely Boxer” starring Lee Sang-Yeob & Kim So-Hye. The drama series has Lee Sang-Yeob play Sports Agent Kim Tae-Young and Kim So-Hye play Boxer Lee Kwon-Sook.
