TaecYeon cast in OCN drama series “Save Me”

TaecYeon (‘2PM’) is now cast in upcoming OCN drama series “Save Me” co-starring Seo Ye-Ji. In the upcoming drama series, TaecYeon will play lead male character Han Sang-Hwan. His character is the unemployed son of the governor of Mooji County.

TaecYeon’s character of Han Sang-Hwan meets Sang-Mi (Seo Ye-Ji) who is a transfer student from Seoul. 3 years later, he meets Sang-Mi again and attempts to rescue her from a cult group. “Save Me” will air sometime during the second half of this year in South Korea.

Here’s two teaser posters for upcoming KBS2 drama series “Unknown Woman” starring Bae Jong-Ok & Oh Ji-Eun. The teaser poster on the top left features Bae Jong-Ok and Oh Ji-Eun, while the poster on the top right features Oh Ji-Eun, Park Yoon-Jae, Seo Ji-Suk and Choi Yoon-So. The cheery caption on the top right poster states “People have their own Hell. I met you in Hell.”

“Unknown Woman” first airs April 24, 2017 in South Korea.

Teaser poster for SBS drama series “My Sassy Girl”

Here’s the first teaser poster for upcoming SBS drama series “My Sassy Girl” starring Joo Won & Oh Yeon-Seo. Drama series “My Sassy Girl” is a remake of popular 2001 romantic-comedy film “My Sassy Girl,” but set in historical times. For lead actor Joo Won, “My Sassy Girl” will be his last acting performance before serving his mandatory military enlistment. Joo Won will begin his enlistment May 16, 2017 and he is scheduled to be released February 15, 2019.

“My Sassy Girl” first airs May, 2017 in South Korea.

Here’s still images of Ji Chang-Wook and Nam Ji-Hyun from the poster shooting of upcoming SBS drama series “Suspicious Partner” (literal title). The poster shooting took place April 11, 2017 at a photo studio in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul, South Korea. Ji Chang-Wook, Nam Ji-Hyun, Choi Tae-Joon and Nara (‘Hellovenus’) took part in the poster shooting.

Sooyoung cast in MBC drama series “Man Who Sets the Table”

Sooyoung from Girls’ Generation is cast in new MBC drama series “Man Who Sets the Table” (literal title). Sooyoung will play the lead female role, but a description is not yet available of her character. Filming for “Man Who Sets the Table” begins late June, 2017 and the drama series will air Saturday and Sunday at 8:45 PM beginning September, 2017 in South Korea (takes over the time slot currently held by “You Are Too Much“).
