Teaser trailer and character posters added for Disney+ drama series “The Murky Stream” starring Ro Woon, Shin Ye-Eun, & Park Seo-Ham. The drama series is set during the Joseon period and follows three people who live by the Gyeonggang River, which has become a commercial hub that is rife with corruption. Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: The whirlwind fates of three people converge around the Gyeonggang River, where all of Joseon’s money and goods pass through. Jang Shi-Yool (Ro Woon) is a good-for-nothing man, who hides his past. Choi Eun (Shin Ye-Eun) leads a commercial group. She is a person of principle and righteousness. Jung Cheon (Park Seo-Ham) is an upright government official. He wants to get rid of corruption that exists around the Gyeonggang River. The river itself was once clean and blue, but has become a murky river reflecting Joseon that has now become lawless.
