Kento Yamazaki & Minami Hamabe cast in movie “Under Ninja”

Kento Yamazaki & Minami Hamabe are cast in live-action movie “Under Ninja.” Movie is based on manga series “Under Ninja” by Kengo Hanazawa and directed by Yuichi Fukuda (“Black Night Parade“). The film will revolve around ninja’s who are secretly hiding in present day society, with Kento Yamazaki playing Kuro Kumogakure. He is a ninja from the NIN group and he receives orders to look into the group Under Ninja. Minami Hamabe plays high school student Ayaka Noguchi. She gets drawn in their fight. The first teaser trailer has been added on AsianWiki as well.

“Under Ninja” will be released  January 24, 2025 in Japan.

Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: After the Pacific War, the first order given by GHQ (Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers) to Japan was to disband ninja organization. Due to that, it seems like all the Ninjas have disappeared, but they have been hiding in various organizations all over the world. Even in the present day, they are still active secretly. Currently, the numbers of Ninjas is thought to be around 200,000. Kuro Kumogakure (Kento Yamazaki) is a low-ranked member of ninja organization NIN. One day, while he is coping with having too much free time, an important mission is given to him. His mission is to investigate the movements of an organization that has been hiding underground for more than 70 years after the war. The name of the organization is Under Ninja. Meanwhile, Ayaka Noguchi (Minami Hamabe) is a high school student and she gets caught up in their fight.
