Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Shim Yeon-Woo (Choi Si-Won) is an ob/gyn and he runs his own practice Shim Clinic. Shim Yeon-Woo is good at capturing the hearts of women, but when women fall in love with him and become possessive, try to change him, or become overly obsessed with him, then Yeon-Woo ends the relationship. Han So-Jin (Jung In-Sun) is a researcher and she works at a gene center. She is kind of geeky and is obsessed with finding the man who is genetically right for her. Shim Yeon-Woo and Han So-Jin get involved with each other. Meanwhile Seo Kang-Hoon (Lee Tae-Hwan) is a handsome firefighter. He always gives comfort to Han So-Jin. Jang Mi-Eun (Jung Eugene) is a love columnist and an ex-girlfriend of Shim Yeon-Woo.
