Kim Soo-Hyun & Kim Ji-Won are cast in new drama series “Queen Of Tears” (working & literal title). The drama series is scripted by Park Ji-Eun, who worked with Kim Soo-Hyun in 2014 SBS drama series “My Love From the Star” and most recently scripted in 2020 tvN drama series “Crash Landing on You.” The screenplay will tell a romance story, that will also touch the hearts of viewers. Jang Young-Woo (“Bulgasal: Immortal Souls“) and Kim Hee-Won (“Little Women“) will direct the drama series.
Filming for “Queen of Tears” will begin in the first half of 2023 and the drama series will air sometime in the second half of 2023.

Baek Hyun-Woo works as the legal director for conglomerate Queens Group. He is the most successful person to have come from his hometown village of Yongdu-ri and he is the pride of that village. Baek Hyun-Woo is married to Hong Hae-In, who is the daughter of the family that owns and operates Queens Group. She is known as the “Arrogant Queen” at Queens Department Store.
