Cho Jung-Seok, Park Hae-Soo, & Soo-Hyun are cast in Netflix drama series “Paper Man” (working title). The crime drama series will be directed by Lee Il-Hyeong (“Karma“). In “Paper Man,” Cho Jung-Seok plays Cha Myeong-Zo. He stumbles upon a way to make a perfect counterfeit money bill. Park Hae-Soo will play Oh Seung-Up. He works for the counterfeit division at the mint. Soo-Hyun will play Go Hye-Seok. She is married to Cha Myeong-Zo and works as a judge.
“Paper Man” will be released sometime next year.
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Cha Myeong-Zo (Cho Jung-Seok) works for a company that makes counterfeit character stickers. He has never been recognized by anyone in his entire life, including his wife Go Hye-Seok (Soo-Hyun), who works as a judge. One day, by chance, Cha Myeong-Zo creates a perfect counterfeit money bill that no one can distinguish from the real thing and steps into an unexpected world. Meanwhile, Oh Seung-Up (Park Hae-Soo), an anti-counterfeit researcher in the Counterfeit Analysis Division at the Mint, closes in on Cha Myeong-Zo.
