Haruka Kinami is cast in NTV live-action drama series “Sexy Tanaka-san.” The drama series is based on manga series “Sexy Tanaka San” by Hinako Ashihar. The drama series is the first starring role for Haruka Kinami in a golden prime time drama series. In “Sexy Tanaka-san,” Haruka Kinami will play Kyoko Tanaka. By day, she is an ordinary office worker and by evening she performs as a sexy belly dancer.
“Sexy Tanaka-san” will first air October, 2023 in Japan (takes over NTV’s Sunday 10:30 PM time slot after “Code Japan: The Price of Wishes“).
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Kyoko Tanaka (Haruka Kinami) is a 40-year-old OL, who works in the accounting department. She is excellent at her job. She has a modest appearance and doesn’t have a boyfriend, but she has a secret that nobody knows about. Her secret is that she performs as a sexy belly dancer. Every night, she belly dances in a glittering costume at a restaurant.
Meanwhile, Akari Kurahashi is a temp worker at the same company where Kyoko Tanaka is employed. Recently, she notices something has changed about Kyoko Tanaka and she is curious why. One evening, Akari Kurahashi visits a restaurant and is enthralled with the performance by exotic belly dancer Sali. The dancer’s real name is Kyoko Tanaka.
