First script reading for JTBC drama series “Madame Antoine” took place October 27, 2015 at the JTBC building in Sangam, Seoul, South Korea. In attendance were all main cast members including Han Ye-Seul, Sung Joon, Jinwoon from K-pop group “2AM,” and Hwang Seung-Eon. Script reading took about 5 hours to complete.

Meanwhile, lead actress Hwang Jung-Eum posted the photo above via her Facebook page. The post states “You miss Hye-Jin’s red cheeks and curly hair don’t you? See you tomorrow in the final episode of ‘She Was Pretty.'” According to the staff of the drama series, the ending scene for the drama series will be shot tomorrow (October 11, 2015) in the morning. Filming for this scene has been delayed since this past weekend due to rain and cloudy weather. All other scenes except for the ending scene has been completed.

Additional cast members have been revealed for upcoming movie “Tono, Risoku de Gozaru” starring Sadao Abe, Eita, Satoshi Tsumabuki and Karen Iwata. The newly announced supporting actors are: Yuko Takeuchi, Ryuhei Matsuda, Yasufumi Terawaki, Yudai Chiba, Kitaro, Ichiro Hashimoto, Ken Nakamoto, Masahiko Nishimura, Mitsuko Kusabue and Tsutomu Yamazaki. The period film is based on a story from 2012 novel “Mushi no Nihonjin” by Michifumi Isoda and is directed by Yoshihiro Nakamura.
Story for the film follows local residents in Edo era Japan as they deal with a financial crisis. The residents come up with an idea of loaning money out and distributing the interest to its residents.
“Tono, Risoku de Gozaru!” will be released May 14, 2016 in Japan.

Here’s new still images of Shin Min-A in upcoming KBS2 drama series “Oh My Venus” also starring So Ji-Sub.
The still images of Shin Min-A were taken during filming of the drama series on October 23, 2015 at a restaurant in Songpa, Seoul, South Korea. For this scene, Shin Min-A got made up as her character Kang Joo-Eun when she was overweight. To get made up into her character, it took more than 3 hours. This is the first scene of Shin Min-A where she is made up into her overweight character.

Haruka Ayase and Takumi Saito are cast upcoming live-action film “Kodaike no Hitobito.” Also cast in the romantic-comedy are Kiko Mizuhara, Shotaro Mamiya, Mao Daichi and Masachika Ichimura. The movie is based on manga “Kodaike no Hitobito” by Kozueko Morimoto (“Gokusen“) and directed by Masato Hijikata (“The After-Dinner Mysteries“).
Story for “Kodaike no Hitobito” follows the romance between a typical OL (Haruka Ayase) with a large scale imagination and a higher level co-worker (Takumi Saito) who is telepathic. Their romance then experiences turbulence due to his family.
“Kodaike no Hitobito” will be released June, 2016 in Japan.
