Soo-Ae cast in KBS2 drama series “Man Living at My House”

Soo-Ae is cast for upcoming KBS2 drama series “Man Living at My House.” In the drama series, she will play lead female character Hong Na-Ri. Meanwhile, actor Kim Young-Kwang is weighing an offer to play the lead male character while actor Lee Soo-Hyuk & actress Jo Bo-Ah are weighing offers to play major supporting characters.

Story for “Man Living at My House,” has Hong Na-Ri (Soo-Ae) working as a flight attendant. One day, her stepfather Go Nan-Gil suddenly appears. Kim Young-Kwang has been offered the role of Go Nan-Gil. His character is a former gang member and ex-legendary loan shark. He is in his 20’s and his life goal is to protect his family.

For the major supporting characters, if Lee Soo-Hyuk accepts his offer he will play Kwon Duk-Bong. He is the director of a company. Due to a complicated family history and family battles over wealth, he goes through emotional ups and downs. He is cruel to those against him. If Jo Bo-Ah accepts, she will play Dok Yeo-Joo. She also works as a flight attendant. She comes from a family heavily in debt. Dok Yeo-Joo uses her beautiful appearance to get what she wants and tries to hide her poor situation from people.

“Man Living at My House” first airs October 24, 2016 in South Korea (takes over KBS2’s Monday and Tuesday 10PM time slot after “Love in the Moonlight“).

Chae Soo-Bin to appear in KBS2 drama series “Love in the Moonlight” from episode 5

Second leading lady Chae Soo-Bin will appear in currently airing KBS2 drama series “Love in the Moonlight” beginning from episode 5. For the drama series, Chae Soo-Bin plays Jo Ha-Yeon. Her character is a daughter from a noble family and she is not shy about love. She meets Lee Young (Park Bo-Gum) and becomes interested in him. She then makes a proposal to him to marry for convenience.

Episode 5 of KBS2 drama series “Love in the Moonlight” airs later tonight (September 5, 2016) in South Korea.

Shun Oguri cast in Hulu drama series “Daisho”

Shun Oguri is cast in new Hulu drama series “Daisho.” The online streaming drama series is based on 2014 novel “Daisho” by Shun Ioka. In the upcoming drama series, Shun Oguri plays main character Keisuke Okuyama. His character is an attorney. He then receives a letter from a woman asking him to defend her stepson who is also a friend from Keisuke Okuyama’s dark past that he has forgotten. The stepson is accused of murder and burglary. Also cast in the drama series are Tsutomu Takahashi, Reiko Kataoka, Mitsuru Hirata, Ryo Ishibashi, Yasushi Fuchikami, Elisa Yanagi & Shuntaro Yanagi.

“Daisho” will be available to stream through Hulu Japan sometime this fall.

Ryosuke Yamada cast in Fuji TV drama series “Cain and Abel”

Ryosuke Yamada (‘Hey! Say! JUMP’) is cast in new Fuji TV drama series “Cain and Abel.” For the upcoming drama series, Ryosuke Yamada will play main character Yu Takada. While growing up, his father always favored his smarter older brother and Yu Takada has been seeking his father’s affection ever since. One day, he meets a woman that he develops feelings for … but he learns that she is his older brother’s girlfriend.

“Cain and Abel” airs beginning this October in Japan.

Park Sung-Woong cast in JTBC drama series “Man to Man”

Park Sung-Woong is cast in upcoming JTBC drama series “Man to Man” starring Park Hae-Jin. In the upcoming drama series, Park Sung-Woong will play Yeo Woon-Gwang. His character began working as a stunt man, but gained fame via portraying a villain. He is now a popular actor. Park Sung-Woong and drama series director Lee Chang-Min previously worked together in 2015 SBS drama series “Remember”.

“Man to Man” airs sometime next year in South Korea.

Character teaser trailers for tvN drama series “The K2”

Three character teaser trailers added for upcoming tvN drama series “The K2” starring Ji Chang-Wook, Song Yoon-A & Yoona. The character trailers are of the three main characters.

Ji Chang-Wook’s voice-over on his teaser trailer states “I lost my love. I thought I have nothing left, but a person came that I want to protect. Yes .. I’ll move. Bodyguard action .. The K2.”

While Yoona’s voice-over on her teaser trailer states “If my father becomes president, do I have to die? … But I don’t want to. Bodyguard action … The K2.”

Finally, Song Yoon-A’s voice-over on her teaser trailer states “You will become the president, I will make that happen. The K2.”

“The K2” first airs September 23, 2016 in South Korea.
