Taisuke Fujigaya (‘Kis-My-Ft.2’) & Mizuki Yamamoto are cast in new Fuji TV drama series “Basuke mo Koi mo, Shiteitai.” In the drama series, Taisuke Fujigaya plays high school basketball player Tomomitsu Tsuchiya and Mizuki Yamamoto plays high school student Sae Hatori. Tomomitsu Tsuchiya notices Sae Hatori watching him during practice. They develop a friendship and begin to date. Suddenly, Sae Hatori transfers to another school without saying a word.
“Basuke mo Koi mo, Shiteitai” consists of three episodes and episode 1 will air September 19, 2016 in Japan.
Filming for upcoming live-action film “Fullmetal Alchemist” finished August 26, 2016. Filming took about 3 months to complete and during the first month filming took place in Italy. Live-action film “Fullmetal Alchemist” is based on popular manga series “Hagane no Renkinjutsushi” by Hiromu Arakawa and stars Ryosuke Yamada (“Hey! Say! JUMP”), Tsubasa Honda, Dean Fujioka & Yasuko Matsuyuki.
“Fullmetal Alchemist” will be released sometime during winter, 2017 in Japan.
First script reading for upcoming tvN drama series “Tomorrow With You,” starring Lee Je-Hoon & Shin Min-A, took place August 29, 2016 at CJ E&M Center in Sangamdong, Seoul, South Korea. Photos above are from the first scripting with Shin Min-A and Lee Je-Hoon in attendance. Story for “Tomorrow With You” will revolve around a man able to travel through time and his wife.

Nao Matsushita and Hayato Ichihara are cast in TBS drama special “Oufuku Shokan.” The drama special is based on 2010 novel “Oufuku Shokan” by Kanae Minato (“Confessions“).
In the upcoming drama special, Nao Matsushita plays OL Mariko Okano and Hayato Ichihara plays her boyfriend Junichi Nagata. Mariko Okano learns that her boyfriend has volunteered to teach children in a developing country and he won’t return for 2 years. He didn’t tell her about his plans before leaving and they can only communicate through letters. Meanwhile, a burned body is discovered at a warehouse and a detective (Takeshi Kaga) investigates.
“Oufuku Shokan” airs September 30, 2016 in Japan.
Teaser trailer added for upcoming movie “Queen of Walking” starring Shim Eun-Kyung. Movie “Queen of Walking” is a coming of age story revolving around a girl (Shim Eun-Kyung) who gets severe motion sickness in a car, but it causes her to walk everywhere and she learns she has a talent for it. She decides to take part in a national competition with her friend (Park Joo-Hee).
“Queen of Walking” will be released sometime this October in South Korea.
Trailer added for upcoming movie “Autumn” (“Aki no Riyuu”) starring Yozaburo Ito, Kazuhiro Sano, Shinobu Terajima & Shuri. Movie is written and directed by Kenji Fukuma. Story for “Autumn” revolves around the relationships between a writer (Kazuhiro Sano), his editor (Yozaburo Ito), wife of writer (Shinobu Terajima) and a fan of the writer (Shuri).

Takanori Iwata (‘J Soul Brothers’/‘EXILE’) is cast in upcoming TBS drama series “Suna no Tou” starring Miho Kanno and Nanako Matsushima.
In the upcoming drama series, Takanori Iwata will play 28-year-old Kohei Ubukata. He works as a gym teacher and one of his students is the daughter of Aki Takano’s (Miho Kanno). Kohei Ubukata and Aki Takano grew up in the same neighborhood and he has liked Aki Takano since that time. He supports Aki Takano during her troubles with her neighbors, but he also has a hidden side.

Yoo In-Na and Yook Sung-Jae (‘BTOB’) are now cast in upcoming tvN drama series “Goblin” starring Gong Yoo & Kim Go-Eun.
In the upcoming drama series, Yoo In-Na will play Kim Sun. Her character is also known as Sunny. She is an attractive woman. After she squandered away money, she went through various hardships in life. She changes after she meets Wang Yeo (Lee Dong-Wook).
Yook Sung-Jae from idol group ‘BTOB’ will play Yoo Duk-Hwa. He is the eldest son of a family who runs a large company. Kim Shin (Gong Yoo) is his uncle. His character is defiant, but he lives a different life through Kim Shin.
