Movie is written and directed by Koji Fukada. “Harmonium” had its world premiere in the Un Certain Regard section at this year’s Cannes Film Festival and won the jury prize. Premise for “Harmonium” is similar to Koji Fukada’s 2011 film “Hospitalite,” but turns into a darker story.

Lee Je-Hoon has been offered lead male role in upcoming tvN drama series “Tomorrow With You.” Currently he is “positively considering” the offer. Actress Shin Min-A previously received an offer to play the lead female role and she is currently considering the offer. Drama series will be directed by Yoo Je-Won (“Oh My Ghost“) and screenplay by Heo Sung-Hye (“Dream High 2“).
“Tomorrow With You” will first air sometime next year in South Korea in the Friday and Saturday 8:30 PM time slot.

First script reading for JTBC drama series “Fantastic,” starring Kim Hyun-Joo & Joo Sang-Wook, took place July 20, 2016 at JTBC building in Sangam, Seoul, South Korea. “Fantastic” first airs September 2, 2016 in South Korea (takes over the Fridays and Saturdays 8:30 PM time slot after the conclusion of “Age of Youth“).
Yoji Yamada is set to direct sequel film “What A Wonderful Family II” starring the same principle cast from 2016 film “What A Wonderful Family!” Which means Isao Hashizume, Kazuko Yoshiyuki, Masahiko Nishimura, Yui Natsukawa, Shozo Hayashiya, Tomoko Nakajima, Satoshi Tsumabuki & Yu Aoi will all return as part of the Hirata family. Story for the sequel film will revolve around the adult children’s concern over Shuzo Hirata still driving at his advanced age. Meanwhile, Shuzo Hirata meets a former classmate from his high school days and invites him to stay at their house.
“What A Wonderful Family II” will be released summer, 2017 in Japan.
First script reading for upcoming KBS2 drama series “On the Way to the Airport,” starring Kim Ha-Neul & Lee Sang-Yoon, took place July 25, 2016 at KBS Broadcasting Station in Yeouido, South Korea. Also attending the first script reading were Shin Sung-Rok, Choi Yeo-Jin & Jang Hee-Jin.
“On the Way to the Airport” first airs this September in South Korea (takes over the Wednesday & Thursday 10PM time slot after the conclusion of “Uncontrollably Fond“).
Jung Yong-Hwa (‘CNBLUE’) & Lee Yeon-Hee are cast in new JTBC drama series “The Package” (working title). Also cast in the drama series are Choi Woo-Sik, Yoon Park, Ryu Seung-Soo, Ha Shi-Eun, Jeong Gyu-Su, Lee Ji-Hyeon & Park Yoo-Na. In the drama series, Lee Yeon-Hee will play Yoon So-So. She is a travel guide in France. Jung Yong-Hwa will play San Ma-Roo. He signs up for a package vacation in France led by Yoon So-So. The other supporting cast members listed above also are part of the package vacation. Filming for the drama series will also take place in France.

First script reading for upcoming MBC weekend drama series “Blow Breeze” starring Lim Ji-Yeon & Son Ho-Jun took place recently at MBC Dream Centre in Ilsan, South Korea. During the first script reading main cast members Lim Ji-Yeon, Son Ho-Jun, Han Joo-Wan, Oh Ji-Eun and others attended. The drama series features Lim Ji-Yeon playing a North Korean defector and her romance with a South Korean man played by Son Ho-Jun. The script also features conflicts over a 100 billion won inheritance.
