Takuya Kimura cast in TBS drama series “A Life”

Takuya Kimura is cast in new TBS medical drama series “A Life.” Also cast in supporting roles are Yuko Takeuchi, Kenichi Matsuyama, Fumino Kimura, Nanao, Akira Emoto, Min Tanaka, Takashi Kobayashi, Mitsuhiro Oikawa & Tadanobu Asano.

In the drama series, Takuya Kimura will play lead character Kazuaki Okita. He tries to do his best to save patients’ lives. Tadanobu Asano will play his former friend who got him kicked out of the hospital, while Yuko Takeuchi plays his former girlfriend who is now married to the character played by Tadanobu Asano.

“A Life” first airs this January in Japan.

Kim So-Hyun cast in MBC period drama series “Ruler: Master of the Mask”

Actress Kim So-Hyun is cast in upcoming MBC period drama series “Ruler: Master of the Mask” co-starring Yoo Seung-Ho.

For the drama series, Kim So-Hyun will play lead female character Lee Ga-Eun. Her character is the daughter from a military family. She has a strong sense of justice and high intelligence. Lee Ga-Eun attempts to take revenge on Crown Prince Lee Sun (Yoo Seung-Ho), who beheaded her father, but she falls in love with him.

“Ruler: Master of the Mask” airs sometime next year in South Korea.

Jung Kyoung-Ho and Baek Jin-Hee cast in MBC drama series “Missing Nine”

Jung Kyoung-Ho and Baek Jin-Hee are now cast in upcoming MBC drama series “Missing Nine.” They will play lead characters in the drama series. For Jung Kyoung-Ho, he will play Seo Joon-O. He used to be a popular singer, but he isn’t popular anymore. He appears on TV show to make money. Baek Jin-Hee will play Ra Bong-Hee. She is the stylist for Seo Joon-O. Ra Bong-Hee and Seo Joon-O then board a flight that include top stars and people that work for the stars. The plane crashes on a deserted island and they become castaways.

“Missing Nine” will first air January, 2017 in South Korea (takes over MBC’s Wednesday and Thursday 10PM time slot after “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo“).

First still images of Yoo In-Na in upcoming tvN drama series “Goblin” co-starring Gong Yoo, Kim Go-Eun & Lee Dong-Wook. The still images are from Yoo In-Na’s first day of filming for the drama series which took place September 20, 2016 in the Irwon Neighborhood in Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea. In the drama series, Yoo In-Na plays Sunny. She runs a chicken restaurant.

Here’s the first still images of Kim Min-Jung in upcoming JTBC drama series “Man to Man” co-starring Park Hae-Jin & Park Sung-Woong. In the drama series, Kim Min-Jung plays Cha Do-Ha. She has been a big fan of popular actor Yeo Woon-Gwang (Park Sung-Woong) and she eventually gets a job as Yeo Woon-Gwang’s manager. Kim Min-Jung received a hair cut to play Cha Do-Ha.

Main trailer added for upcoming mystery film “Missing” starring Uhm Ji-Won & Kong Hyo-Jin. Movie is directed by Lee Eon-Hee (“…ing“). Story for “Missing” follows a mother (Uhm Ji-Won) as she searches for her daughter who went missing with her babysitter (Kong Hyo-Jin).

“Missing” will be released November 30, 2016 in South Korea.

Mahiro Takasugi cast in live-action film “ReLIFE”

Mahiro Takasugi is cast in upcoming live-action film “ReLIFE” starring Taishi Nakagawa and Yuna Taira. For live-action film “ReLIFE,” Mahiro Takasugi will play Kazuomi Oga. His character is a high school honor student. Story for the film revolves around a 27-year-old man (Taishi Nakagawa) who takes part in an experiment that makes him look much younger and he attends high school for a year.

“ReLIFE” will be released April 15, 2017 in Japan.
