Yoo Ah-In to make guest appearance in KBS2 drama series “Descendants of the Sun”

Actor Yoo Ah-In is set to make a cameo appearance in currently airing KBS2 drama series “Descendants of the Sun” starring Song Joong-Ki, Song Hye-Kyo, Jin Goo & Kim Ji-Won.

Filming for Yoo Ah-In’s cameo scene took place December, 2015. It’s not yet known what episode his cameo will appear in. Yoo Ah-In did the cameo partly due to his friendship with Song Joong-Ki (they performed together KBS2 drama “Sungkyunkwan Scandal“) and Song Hye-Kyo works under the same management company UAA.

Shin Yoon-Joo cast in KBS2 drama series “Babysitter”

Actress Shin Yoon-Joo is cast for the main character role in upcoming KBS2 drama series “Babysitter” also starring Kim Min-Jun and Cho Yeo-Jeong. This is Shin Yoon-Joo’s first role in a drama series, her debut acting role was in 2016 movie “Dongju: The Portrait of a Poet.”

In drama series “Babysitter,” Shin Yoon-Joo will play Jang Suk-Ryoo. Her character is an attractive young woman and graduated from a prestigious university. She works as a babysitter, taking care of three children from wealthy couple Lee Sang-Won (Kim Min-Jun) and Chun Eun-Joo (Cho Yeo-Jeong).

“Babysitter” first airs March 14, 2016 in South Korea.

Lee Kwang-Soo to make special guest appearance in KBS2 drama series “Hwarang: The Beginning”

Lee Kwang-Soo is set to make a special guest appearance in upcoming KBS2 drama series “Hwarang: The Beginning.” The drama series features already announced cast members Park Seo-Joon, Go Ara, Park Hyung-Sik (‘ZE:A’), Minho (‘SHINee’), Do Ji-Han & V (‘BTS’). Lee Kwang-Soo will appear in the early stages of the drama series, but his exact role has not yet been revealed.

“Hwarang: The Beginning” first airs July, 2016 in South Korea.

First still images of Moon Chae-Won in MBC drama series “Goodbye Mr. Black”

Here’s the first still images of Moon Chae-Won in upcoming MBC drama series “Goodbye Mr. Black” also starring Lee Jin-Wook.

The still images are from a scene which was filmed January, 2016 in Thailand. In “Goodbye Mr. Black,” Moon Chae-Won plays Kim Swan. When her character was little, she was abandoned at a landfill. Her character though is brave and bright. Kim Swan will do anything for money, including fighting. She has a crush on Cha Ji-Won (Lee Jin-Wook).

Teaser #3 for JTBC drama series “Ms. Temper & Nam Jung-Gi”

A pair of teaser trailers #3 added for upcoming JTBC drama series “Ms. Temper & Nam Jung-Gi” starring Lee Yo-Won and Yoon Sang-Hyun. One of the teaser #3 features Lee Yo-Won as her character Ok Da-Jung. Ok Da-Jung is a hot tempered, high level employee at a cosmetics company. The other teaser #3 features Yoon Sang-Hyun as his character Nam Jung-Gi. His character is timid and afraid to upset to others. The two characters work at the same cosmetics company.

Lee Kwang-Soo offered lead role in KBS2 drama series “The Sound of Heart”

Lee Kwang-Soo has been offered the lead role in upcoming KBS2 drama series “The Sound of Heart” (literal title). The drama series is based on autobiographical webcomic “Maeumui Sori” by Jo Suk. Lee Kwang-Soo is currently “positively considering” the offer. If he accepts, he will play the main character of Jo Suk. Prior to airing sometime this summer on KBS2, the drama series will stream first on Naver tvcast with 10 episodes running for 10 minutes each.

Minho & Do Ji-Han cast in KBS2 drama series “Hwarang: The Beginning”

Minho from idol group ‘SHINee’ and Do Ji-Han are cast in supporting roles for upcoming KBS2 drama series “Hwarang: The Beginning.” The drama series stars Park Seo-Joon, Go Ara  and Park Hyung-Sik (‘ZE:A’).

In drama series “Hwarang: The Beginning,” Minho will play Soo-Ho. He is the successor of a noble family. Soo-Ho has a strong sense of justice and leadership abilities. He also has a bright and positive personality. Meanwhile, Do Ji-Han will play Ban-Ryoo. His character also comes from a noble family. He is smart and proud of himself.

Filming for “Hwarang: The Beginning” will begin in the first half of this year and the drama series will air sometime in the second half of this year in South Korea.

Filming begins first half, 2016 and airs second half, 2016.
