Teaser trailer #2 for tvN drama series “Mr. Sunshine”

Teaser trailer #2 added for upcoming tvN drama series “Mr. Sunshine” starring Lee Byung-Hun and Kim Tae-Ri. Teaser trailer #2 has narration by Kim Tae-Ri stating “It was turbulent times like yesterday is far, today is unfamiliar and tomorrow is fearful. We all were going through the turbulent times of Joseon in our own ways.” The teaser trailer features the five main characters played by Lee Byung-Hun, Kim Tae-Ri, Yoo Yeon-Seok, Byun Yo-Han and Kim Min-Jung. The drama series also features screenwriter Kim Eun-Sook and Lee Eung-Bok who previously worked together in popular drama series “Goblin” and “Descendants of the Sun.”

“Mr. Sunshine” first airs July, 2018 in South Korea.

First script reading for MBC drama series “Parting Left”

First script reading for MBC drama series “Parting Left” took place March 30, 2018 at MBC Broadcasting Station in Sangam, South Korea. The first script reading featured main cast members Chae Shi-RaLee Sung-JaeJo Bo-AhJun (‘U-KISS’) and Jung Hye-Young. Before the first script reading began, Chae Shi-Ra stated “I flutter because it has been a long time since I have acted. I have high exceptions for the drama series.”

“Parting Left” first airs May, 2018 (takes over MBC’s Saturday 8:45 PM time slot after “My Husband Oh Jak-Doo“).

Character teaser and character posters for OCN drama series “Mistress”

Character teaser trailer added for upcoming OCN drama series “Mistress” starring Han Ga-In, Shin Hyun-Bin, Choi Hee-Seo and Goo Jae-Yee. The character teaser trailer features all four female leads in the trailer. In addition, here’s the main poster (above) and character posters of the four female leads (below).

Choi Hee-Seo’s character poster has captions on the right side that says in Korean “Han Jung-Won whose life changed due to a mistake from one night… what did I do?….”

Goo Jae-Yee’s character poster has captions on the right side that says in Korean “Do Hwa-Young..dangerous relationship started from tail……What is life? Look, there’s nothing after death.”

Park Min-Young cast in tvN drama series “Why Secretary Kim”

Park Min-Young is now cast in upcoming tvN drama series “Why Secretary Kim” (literal title) co-starring Park Seo-Joon. For the drama series, Park Min-Young will play lead female character Kim Mi-So. Her character has worked as the secretary for company vice-president Lee Young-Joon (Park Seo-Joon) for the past 9 years, but she suddenly submits her resignation. The drama series is based on 2013 novel “Kimbiseoga Wae Geureolgga” by Jung Kyung-Yoon.

“Why Secretary Kim” will first air June, 2018 in South Korea.

First script reading for MBC drama series “Investigation Couple”

First script reading for MBC drama series “Investigation Couple” took place late March, 2018 at MBC Dream Center in Ilsan, South Korea. Main cast members including Jung Jae-YoungJung Yoo-MiLee Yi-KyungStephanie Lee and Park Eun-Seok all attended. Before the first script reading began, Jung Jae-Young stated “I hope there isn’t any accidents in making the drama” and Jung Yoo-Mi stated “I will work hard to express my character with all my heart.”

“Investigation Couple” first airs May, 2018 in South Korea.

Teaser trailers for KBS2 drama series “Suits”

First two teaser trailers added for upcoming KBS2 drama series “Suits” starring Jang Dong-Gun and Park Hyung-Sik (‘ZE:A’). One teaser trailer trailer features Jang Dong-Gun and the other features Park Hyung-Sik. The Jang Dong-Gun teaser has the narration “I only think about winning,” while Park Hyung-Sik states in his teaser “What decides destiny is a choice and not an accident.” The drama series is a remake of U.S. television “Suits.”

“Suits” first airs April 25, 2018 in South Korea.
