Shuhei Nomura will play Chihiro Miyazaki. His character is a clinical laboratory technologist. Koyuki will play Madoka Hosoki. Actresses Ryoko Hirosue & Yuki Uchida are cast in new Fuji TV drama series “Naomi and Kanako” (literal title). The drama series is based on 2012 novel “Naomi to Kanako” by Hideo Okuda (“South Bound“/”Girls For Keeps“).
Story for “Naomi and Kanako” revolve around two friends who concoct a plan to kill one of the friend’s abusive husband.

In drama series “Kazoku no Katachi,” Shingo Katori plays Daisuke Nagasato. His character is 39-years-old and enjoys being single. His neighbor is Hanako Kumagai (Juri Ueno). Daisuke Nagasato’s single life is threatened when his father (Toshiyuki Nishida) and step-brother move in.

Hinako Sano and Anna Iriyama will appear in ep.3 which airs later today, November 3, 3015. Hinako Sano will play Ai and Anna Iriyama will play Rena. Takumi Saito and Masataka Kubota are cast in new NTV drama series “Rinsho Hanzai Gakusha Himura Hideo no Suiri.” The drama series is based on 1992 novel “Himura Hideo Series” by Arisu Arisugawa. In the drama series, Takumi Saito will play criminologist Hideo Himura and Masataka Kubota will play mystery novel writer Arisu Arisugawa. Arisu Arisugawa assists his friend Hideo Himura to solve cases.

Munetaka Aoki & Suzuki Matsuo are cast in upcoming NHK period drama series “Chikaemon.” Drama series is based on an original screenplay by Yuki Fujimoto (“Flower in Bloom” & “Taira no Kiyomori“), but centered around real-life historical figure Monzaemon Chikamatsu.
In drama series “Chikaemon,” Suzuki Matsuo plays Monzaemon Chikamatsu. He is a dramatist of jōruri, which is an early puppet theater precursor to bunraku and kabuki. Monzaemon Chikamatsu finds himself in a writing slump, but things change when he meets a gambler played by Munetaka Aoki.

Shun Oguri is cast in upcoming TBS drama series “Kounodori” starring Gou Ayano, Mayu Matsuoka, Gen Hoshino, Yo Yoshida and Nao Omori.
In the drama series, Shun Oguri will play Hiroyuki Nagai. His character’s pregnant wife falls unconscious due to a car accident. Hiroyuki Nagai is not a regular cast member, but he will appear often in the drama series. From the middle portion of “Kounodori,” his character has an important role which affects Sakura Konotori (Gou Ayano).
