Lily Franky cast in live-action TV Tokyo drama series “Gin to Kin”

Lily Franky is cast in upcoming live-action TV Tokyo drama series “Gin to Kin” starring Sosuke Ikematsu. Also cast in supporting roles are Makita Sports, Asami Usuda & Jun Murakami. In the drama series, Lily Franky will play Ginji Hira aka Gin-san (Mr. Silver). He is a tycoon trouble-solving broker and someone Tetsuo Morita (Sosuke Ikematsu) aspires to become. Karina is cast in new Fuji TV drama series “Kirawareru Yuuki.” Also cast in the drama series are Shigeaki Kato (‘NEWS’) and Kippei Shiina. The drama series is based on self-improvement book “Kirawareru Yuuki” by Ichiro Kishimi and Fumitake Koga. In the drama series, Karina will play Detective Ranko Ando. Sadao Abe & Kyoko Fukada are cast in new TBS drama series “Gekokujo Juken.” The drama series is based on 2014 novel “Gekokujo Juken” by Shinichi Sakurai which is based on the author’s own true story.

In drama series “Gekokujo Juken,” Sadao Abe & Kyoko Fukada play husband and wife Shinichi & Kanako Sakurai. They have one daughter played by Mikuu Yamada. Both Shinichi & Kanako Sakurai received only middle school level educations. When Shinichi sees his daughter’s low national test scores, he decides to help her prepare for her own middle school entrance exams.
